August 29, 2023- All smiles of the learners brightens up the day inspire of the inclement weather. After an hour, it was followed by the school visit pursuant to the deped memo No.48. Series 2023 which is the headed by the Kabayan District Supervisor Ma'am Marylin Tolbe and Ma'am Sisa Ngade. Together with them are the Kabayan PNP Personnel commanded by PMAJ Gregorio C. Kiwalan to ensure the safety of the learners and smooth opening of classes.

The visitors were warmly welcomed and shared short and meaningful messages that will encourage the learners for them to be successful.

It was a day full of blessing with Pat Raffin Jude Suaya as he chose to celebrate his 28th birthday with his father at Batan ES.
The great smiles and words of gratitude brightens the day of the celebrant as he hand in the envelope with school supplies and pair of slippers.
He also donated some sports equipments(chess boards, basketball balls, badminton rackets) and turn over to the teachers with the presence of some PTA officers and BLGU members.
A snack (pancit with juice) was served after the distribution of items.
The learners and stakeholders were very thankful of his generosity and concern to the community as well.

One major activity given to the school was the Renal Disease Control Program (ReDCoP) conducted by nurses from Kabayan Rural Health Unit. Urine of every learner was test simultaneously for their safety from kidney diseases. At the same time, results and advice were given to some learners who have some problems and reffered for a laboratory check up as soon as possible for early medications.
As part of the services, the school stakeholders invited some of the personnel from Kabayan PNP (bullying, Checking of bags operation), BFP (Fire drill) and RHU (hygiene -proper washing of hands, toothbrushing). Learners were very cooperative in answering some of the questions and performed well on the drill instructed.
Though it was a short span of time sharing, it was very helpful to the learners & teachers as well and to the community as a whole. 😇😊

1st day of Limited F2F Classes was monitored & evaluated by Mam Marylin A. Tolbe- Public Schools District Supervisor of Kabayan, Sir Nobres M. Meno - Principal I of KCS & Mam Lily T. Panas - TIII of KCS. It was seen in the faces of learners the excitement and eagerness to learn and be back inside their respective classrooms. The entrance, triage and exits was supervised and well managed by the BHERT's as protocol of COVID -19. Mam Lily conducted also Brigada Pagbasa to Grade 5 learners. Psychosocial support activities was administered smoothly.
