The Aral-Program was officially launched at Kabasalan National High School (KNHS) on October 10, 2025. By that, many participants and visitors came to witness the successful launching of the event.
The program started on singing the national anthem and prayer followed by the opening salvo performed by the very active and talented selected of teachers and students of Kabasalan National High School.
The participants from various schools, divisions and including the visitors were lively presented by Sir Ulipiano L. Morales, EPS in Science, as he delightedly introduced them one-by-one.
After the presentation of participants, Ma'am Virginia D. Cabrera, EdD, PSDS-District of Kabasalan started her welcome address to the program. She brings light and clarity in her words as she expressed the importance of education and unity among school community to improve the quality of education. According to her, "Aral program is more than just a program but a collective commitment to improve the education of students."
Her speech was followed by the introduction of Aral-Program, by Ma. Coleen L. Emoricha, CESO VI, - ASDS Zambo. Sibugay Division. And an Inspirational Message from Sir Virgilio P. Batan Jr., CESO VI - SDS Zambo. Sibugay Division. According to Sir Batan, we must accept challenges. "๐ฐ๐ ๐๐๐

๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐." And one of the key highlights to success is to manifest Core Values and take on responsibility on our work.
The Declaration of Commitment as Aral Champion, was presented by Dr. Jessibeth B. Dela Cruz, Secondary Principal III of KNHS, wherein she mentioned education as one of the fundamental key to trimph, in accordance to her speech, " ๐น๐๐๐

๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐." It is then followed by the creative performance of Reader's Theater by selective KNHS students that gives elation on the program, showcasing their talent led by their coach, Ma'am Jurebi Eulogio , MT-1 of KNHS.
The Message of Support was given by Hon. Dulce Ann K. Hoffer (Provencial Chief Executive - Governor), Hon. Richard "Ric-Ric" Day Oligario (Provencial Vice Governor), Hon. Anna Mariesa "Doc Marly" T. Hasim (Congresswoman, 2nd District of ZSP), Hon. Atty. Mario C. Bancoro (Congresswoman, 1st District of ZSP) and Hon. Katrina C. Balladares, (Local Chief Executive - Mayor).
And the most awaited performance by the ever-talented selective teachers of KNHS, together with the ALAB Dance Troupe, led by Ma'am Therese, that gives exuberant and dazzling presentation. The Ceremonial Signing of Pledge of Commitment by Stakeholders and the releasing of balloons that signifies unity, power, and peace.
The expressiom of Gratitude was given by Dr. Marie Lauranilla Celesio, RA Aral Focal. And the Acknowledgement by Sir Ulipiano L. Morales, ESP in Science and Closing Remarks by Dr. Oliver D. Talaoc, Chief SGOD.
The entire program was successfully managed by Ma'am Liezel S. Abayon, the Master of Ceremony on the given event.
The overall program highlights the importance of quality education and sustain young minds with lesson that filled with fun and knowledge. The Kabasalan National High School was thrilled and beyond grateful for this program as it delivers rigorous and relevant lesson that prepares students for their future endeavors.
