To ensure that all concerns regarding your graduation pictorial are properly addressed, we kindly request the following:

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
1. 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿𝘀 are requested to gather and list all concerns from their respective sections.

2. Students who have any of the following concerns must report them to their Class Mayor:

3. To those who have not taken their pictures yet, you may take your photo on 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬 𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴. Please bring ₱𝟐𝟓𝟎 and your own 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗮/𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗴

We would like to inform everyone that the graduation photo system is now fully restored. All corrected graduation photos, now bearing the official and correct CPSU logo, have been uploaded and are accessible to students.

Reprints of the corrected physical photos are now available at the CPSU Kabankalan Main Campus and will be coursed through the respective campus coordinators for distribution and claiming.

In case some photos remain inaccessible, these may be isolated cases. Affected students are advised to report the concern through the designated campus channels for prompt assistance.

Good day, students!

We are pleased to inform everyone that the soft copy of the official student photos is now accessible through the provided QR code.

The hard copies of the photos are ready for claiming starting this afternoon. Only the class mayor of each section is authorized to claim the hard copies on behalf of their section.
For students from the extension campuses, hard copies may be claimed through their respective Yearbook Coordinators.

For any questions or concerns, please message our page or coordinate with the Yearbook Office or your Yearbook Coordinator.

𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗣𝗦𝗨 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀:

We would like to sincerely inform everyone that an incorrect logo of CPSU was inadvertently used in the printed and released graduation photos from Dec. 1-18. We deeply regret this oversight and take full responsibility for the error.

We understand how meaningful these photos are to our graduates and their families, and we apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment this may have caused. To properly address this, we are implementing the following corrective actions:
• 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 using the correct logo, and will be delivered to the respective campuses where the students are enrolled.
• 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱, and all photos currently published on the website will be temporarily taken down.
• An official announcement will be made once the corrected files are ready for viewing and download.

In line with the CPSU-OSSA announcement, please be informed that all printed copies of photos taken starting today will be distributed in January next year. This timeline allows our photographers and editors sufficient time for careful fine-tuning, correction, and quality checks to ensure that each student receives a polished and accurate final output.

Additionally, students who have already completed their photoshoot will also receive a new reprinted copy of their TOGA photo next year, including those from the extension campuses. Please note that QR codes for soft copies will be temporarily unavailable until January next year, when the corrected files are released.

We humbly ask for your understanding and forgiveness as we work to make this right. Please be assured that we are taking all necessary steps to correct the issue thoroughly, with the quality and integrity of the graduates’ photos as our top priority.
