We proudly welcome Dr. Cyril Duller, Program Head at Kabankalan Catholic College, to the ERIO community!

Dr. Duller is a seasoned mathematics educator with 26 years of teaching experience and a distinguished career in academic leadership and research. He previously served as the High School Principal of Kabankalan Catholic College and is currently a College and Graduate School Faculty Member, teaching Statistics and Research. His extensive expertise in quantitative analysis and research methodology has guided countless students and professionals in developing strong foundations in scholarly inquiry.

Beyond the Philippines, Dr. Duller also served as a Middle School Teacher at Houston Middle School under the Hobbs Municipal School District in New Mexico, United States of America, enriching his educational experience through international teaching. His commitment to excellence in mathematics education, educational leadership, and research continues to inspire learners and fellow educators alike.

Mr. Paglomutan is a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) who holds a Master of Arts in Education (MAEd) and currently serves as the Research Director at Kabankalan Catholic College, Inc. In his leadership role, he is committed to fostering a strong research culture, mentoring faculty and students, and promoting scholarly excellence within the institution.

Specializing in mathematics instruction and educational research, Mr. Paglomutan is passionate about advancing innovative teaching strategies and evidence-based practices that enhance student learning and academic achievement. His dedication to research supports the continuous improvement of educational programs while encouraging collaboration among educators and researchers.

As an advocate for lifelong learning and academic innovation, Mr. Paglomutan continues to inspire excellence in both research and instruction. (KCC) proudly celebrates another remarkable achievement as three of its innovative teams have been selected among the seven official entries for the Startup Pitching Competition of the 4th Kabankalan City ICT Summit, which will be held on July 22–25, 2026, at the St. Columban Arts Center. This milestone reflects the institution's commitment to nurturing innovation, collaboration, and technological excellence among its students.

‎Representing KCC are KCCsmarInfoX (Entry No. 4), composed of Jaztin Glenn Sandig, Kurt Vincent Tronco, and Karl Kaisser D. Sipe; CITIVOICE (Entry No. 9), represented by Erwin S. Palinguba, Jeah Mariella M. Oñot, and Christian Earl L. Pacol; and SAFETRACE (Entry No. 7), with Rojhina B. Grampon, John Paul M. Cañete, and Jay Vincent T. Amosco. All three teams are coached by Lezeth Rose T. Tabligan under the leadership of Rev. Fr. Richard C. Lachica, MAEd, School President.
