📢 ANNOUNCEMENT

TEMPORARY SHIFT TO ASYNCHRONOUS LEARNING

The Elementary Department will shift from face-to-face classes to asynchronous learning starting September 23, afternoon, until September 25, 2026.

This is to accommodate the Basic Education Department’s preparations for upcoming activities, particularly the scheduled District Meet.

ELEMENTARY DEPARTMENT KICKS OFF SECOND TERM

The Elementary Department officially opened its second term on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, with a short program welcoming pupils back to school.

The program featured a flag ceremony, the awarding of the Hinugyaw winners, and a raffle draw that added excitement to the opening of the new term. The lucky raffle winner took home a brand-new tablet, while other winners received prizes including watches, sacks of rice, and consolation prizes.

Adding to the celebration, each section received a bucket of Rebisco biscuits. The overall Hinugyaw House winner was also awarded a printer.

The opening program marked the beginning of another term as pupils returned to their classes with renewed enthusiasm and anticipation for the lessons and activities ahead.

Arellano Captures Laragway: Little Mr. KCC 2026

Self-belief conquered doubt as Zion Ethan M. Arellano of Grade 6–St. John Bosco emerged as the new Laragway: Little Mr. KCC 2026 on September 4, 2026, at the St. Columban Arts Center.

The Grade 6 pupil and chess player impressed the judges with his confidence, composure, and heartfelt commitment to kindness, vowing to become a positive role model for his fellow pupils.

Meanwhile, Arellano’s classmate, Matthew Shane O. Bermejo, secured the 1st Runner-Up title, while Ezehkiel Bryle L. Deang of Grade 5–St. Anthony de Padua was named 2nd Runner-Up.

Mangat Takes the Crown at Laragway: Little Miss KCC 2026

A crown earned through confidence, eloquence, and grace.

Grade 6–St. John of the Cross pupil Kazzandra Mignonette Mangat, Editor-in-Chief of The KCC Chroniclet, emerged victorious as Laragway: Little Ms. KCC 2026 on September 4, 2026, at the St. Columban Arts Center.

With her impressive oratorical skills and all-out confidence, Mangat captivated the judges and won the hearts of the audience, ultimately claiming the coveted crown.

Adding to the celebration, Mary Beatrice M. Cabarubias of Grade 5–St. Anthony de Padua secured the 1st Runner-Up title, while Alyssa P. Vingno of Grade 5–St. Lorenzo Ruiz was named 2nd Runner-Up.

Masiglang ipinagdiwang ng Elementarya ng Kabankalan Catholic College, Inc. ang Araw ng Wika noong nakaraang linggo, tampok ang iba’t ibang gawaing nagbigay-pugay sa wikang Filipino, kultura, at pagkakakilanlang Pilipino.

Tunghayan sa bidyong ito ang mga natatanging kaganapan at masasayang sandali mula sa makabuluhang pagdiriwang.

Masiglang ipinagdiriwang ng Elementary Department ng Kabankalan Catholic College, Inc. ngayong hapon ang Araw ng Wika, isang makabuluhang pagdiriwang na nagbibigay-pugay sa ating Wikang Filipino, kultura, at pagkakakilanlang Pilipino.

Tampok sa programa ang makukulay na kasuotan, masasayang pagtatanghal, at iba’t ibang gawaing nagpapakita ng talento, pagkamalikhain, at pagmamahal ng ating mga mag-aaral sa sariling wika at kultura.
