Kudos to CI CPT Delos Reyes and CI Baltazar for their honesty today!

While patrolling their assigned area at KCC Main Campus around 2:00 PM this afternoon, they found a lost cellphone and immediately turned it over to the SSAO Office. This shows their honesty, integrity, and good character while on duty. May this good example inspire others to do the same. Well done!

On duty Interns assigned to both COC Campus and KCC Main Campus actively assisted security personnel in ensuring the safety and orderliness of campus facilities, offices, and student areas. Dedicated and attentive, they stood ready to support security protocols and help keep the campuses secure for everyone.

Today, August 17, 2026 all Criminology interns report for their first deployment at KCC Main Campus. This activity marks the commencement of their practical service, intended to build character, competence, and confidence as they prepare to serve the community with integrity, discipline, and honor.

KCC – College of Criminology 2nd General Inspection held after the flag raising ceremony today, August 17, 2026, at College of Criminology grounds. Its purpose is to ensure full compliance with standards of uniform, grooming, and bearing, the activity assessed discipline and uniformity. The activity was supervised by the Intern officers and faculty&staff.

College of Criminology's Pioneering Batch "Bagsik-Lahi" Now Officially Criminology Interns

The pioneering batch of the College of Criminology, “Bagsik-Lahi,” was formally conferred their ranks during the Donning and Pinning of Ranks Ceremony held at the St. Columbans Arts Center on Friday, August 15, 2026.

To officially start the event, the College of Criminology Dean Dr. Alfredo M. Calama-an, RCrim, delivered the speech to welcome all proud parents and guests. Present at the event were the School President, Rev. Fr. Richard L. Lachica, MaEd, and the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Joe-Ann V. Jonota, LPT, who also shared insightful and inspiring messages with the interns.

CHED Education Supervisor II, Dr. Louie U. Callora, RCrim, travelled distance just to deliver the CHED Guidance and instills word of wisdom and encouragement as they embark on this significant milestone in their journey

The ceremony also honored the presence of the esteemed guest speaker, PLTCOL Garry Allan V. Resuma, Chief of Police of Kabankalan Component City Police Station, who shared a truly inspiring message to the interns. His words left a lasting mark on the interns as they stand at the threshold of their future profession. Drawing from years of service, he shared wisdom and encouragement, urging them to uphold integrity, embrace responsibility, and carry themselves with honor. His message guide and inspire interns as they move forward with confidence and purpose.

Before the ceremony concluded, Mrs. Mercidita B. Jimenez delivered the message on behalf of the parents. Reminding the interns to always remember their roots and cherish where they came from. Above all, she urged them to honor and be grateful for the countless sacrifices their parents made to help them reach their dreams.

This ceremony marks a significant milestone in their academic and professional formation. As they receive their ranks, they assume not merely a title but a profound responsibility to uphold integrity, honor, and service in all their endeavors. May they remain steadfast in their commitment to the ideals of this institution and set a worthy standard as its pioneering batch.

During the Donning and Pinning of Ranks Ceremony of the College of Criminology of Kabankalan Catholic College, Inc. (KCC), held at the St. Columban Arts Center on August 14, Earl Lawrence Derubio, Chief of Interns of Class Bagsik–Lahi, called on his fellow officers and classmates to embrace the responsibility that comes with their new ranks.

‎In his message, Derubio reflected on the significance of receiving a new rank, emphasizing that it should serve not only as a mark of achievement but also as a reminder of the greater responsibility entrusted to them.
