To quote for this Project, please fill up the Request for Quotation form attached and submit before closing date of August 24, 2024, 11AM at Camansi Elementary School, Purok 1, Brgy. Camansi, Kabankalan City.

Bidders should provide the following documents upon submission of Qoutation:
1. Philgeps Registration Number
2. Mayor's Permit
3. COR (Certificaticate of Registration from BIR)
4. DTI Permit
5. Other related documents
