As part of the College Department's continuing 𝑰𝒏-𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈, 𝑫𝒂𝒚 𝟑 𝒇𝒐𝒄𝒖𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝒐𝒏 𝑪𝒖𝒓𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒖𝒍𝒖𝒎 𝑴𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒈—a vital process in ensuring that course curricula remain aligned with the institution's vision and mission, program educational objectives, graduate attributes, and expected learning outcomes.

The whole-day training was facilitated by 𝑫𝒓. 𝑹𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒅𝒊𝒆 𝑷. 𝑪𝒖𝒆𝒍𝒐, 𝑽𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑨𝒄𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒄 𝑨𝒇𝒇𝒂𝒊𝒓𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒐 𝑺𝒂𝒏 𝑨𝒈𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒏 𝑩𝒂𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒅, who shared valuable insights and practical approaches to designing coherent, outcomes-based curricula.

Through collaborative discussions and hands-on workshops, faculty members reviewed and strengthened the alignment of their courses, promoting consistency, relevance, and continuous quality improvement in instruction.

This initiative reaffirms the College's 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒊𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒔-𝒃𝒂𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝒆𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒄𝒖𝒓𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒖𝒍𝒖𝒎 𝒆𝒙𝒄𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆, ensuring that every course contributes meaningfully to the holistic development and success of our learners while meeting institutional and quality assurance standards.

The College Department officially commenced its In-Service Training with a session on the 𝑻𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒕 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑺𝒚𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒎 (𝑳𝑴𝑺) in preparation for the Academic Year 2026–2027.

Facilitated by 𝑴𝒓. 𝑱𝒐𝒉𝒏 𝑪𝒂𝒏𝒖𝒅𝒂𝒚, 𝑻𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒕 𝑹𝒆𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆, the activity served as a 𝒓𝒆𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒔𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒇𝒂𝒄𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒚 𝒎𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒔 while also providing a 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒉𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒔-𝒐𝒏 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒏𝒆𝒘𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒎𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒈𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚.

Participants explored the platform's key features, gained practical strategies for managing classes, assessments, attendance, and learning resources, and revisited best practices for integrating the LMS into everyday instruction.

As the College continues to strengthen its commitment to academic excellence and digital innovation, initiatives like this ensure that every educator is equipped to maximize technology in support of effective teaching and meaningful student learning.
