✨ GETTING ALONG... YOU AND ME (GAYM) ORIENTATION 2026 ✨
Today marks a meaningful and inspiring day for the learners of Upper Paatan High School as we participated in the Getting Along... You and Me (GAYM) Orientation spearheaded by the Province of Cotabato – Office of the Governor, Population, Gender and Development Division.
This orientation served as a valuable opportunity for students to gain a deeper understanding of the importance of respect, gender sensitivity, inclusivity, and building healthy relationships within our school and community. Through informative discussions and engaging activities, participants were encouraged to appreciate diversity, promote equality, and strengthen positive connections with one another.
As young individuals who are continuously growing and learning, programs like this remind us that creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment begins with understanding, empathy, and acceptance. Every learner has a role in fostering a community where everyone feels valued, heard, and respected regardless of differences.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the facilitators, organizers, and the Provincial Government of Cotabato for sharing their knowledge and insights with us. Your dedication to educating and empowering the youth greatly contributes to shaping responsible, compassionate, and socially aware individuals.
