We, the University Search and Rescue Team, extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who supported us throughout Pasiklaban 2026. Serving as the standby medical team for this vibrant annual celebration where the diverse societies and sororities of USM come togetherโ€”was both an honor and a responsibility we proudly carried out.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to our generous sponsors, with special acknowledgment to RC Cola Company, USM Hospital, USM-DRRM, USM-SSMO, M Lhuillier, Natureโ€™s Spring, and the Municipality of Kabacan for providing the tents that served as our base of operations. Your generosity kept our team sheltered, prepared, and operational throughout the day and night, rain or shine, allowing us to remain ready to lend a hand whenever medical assistance was needed.

As we pack away our gear and look back on a successful deployment, one thing remains unchanged our commitment to serve and keep our fellow USMians safe. USART stands ever ready to respond, train, and serve whenever duty calls, carrying the spirit of unity from this celebration into every mission ahead.

From September 30 to October 1, 2026, the last two days of Pasiklaban 2026 were a blast for the USART, as they remained on standby as medics.

Throughout the event, the team remained on alert and continued to serve during possible emergencies. During the drag race, Kanduli sa Lalan, and Bandigmaan, and especially during the fireworks display and foam party, the team prioritized roaming inside the quadrangle premises to respond to accidents involving not only the students but also the visitors of the Pasiklaban celebration.

Through every activity, USART continues to uphold its mission of preparedness, resilience, and service, using its skills and training to serve the community.

On September 29, 2026, the University Search and Rescue Team (๐”๐’๐€๐‘๐“) served as standby medics during the 5th day of Pasiklaban 2026.

The team remained highly alert and prepared throughout the day, from the early morning Fun Run to the SUSGA, Hip-Hop, Debate, and Radio Drama competitions. ๐”๐’๐€๐‘๐“ continuously roamed the premises to provide on-site medical assistance and ensure the safety and well-being of participants, spectators, and everyone present at the event.

On September 28, 2026, the University Search and Rescue Team (USART) served as standby medics during the fourth day of Pasiklaban 2026.

USART remained prepared and alert throughout the various activities, including the State of the University Address held at the USM Auditorium. The team continued to ensure the safety and well-being of students and faculty members throughout the event.

Through every activity, USART remains committed to its mission of preparedness, service, and care.
