The entrance examination is on March 16 & 17, 2024.

**Please bring the following on the day of the examination:
1. Ball pen
2. Pencil
3. Valid ID
4. Printed copy of schedule
☑️ The link for slot reservation (https://cee.usm.edu.ph) is accessible only from February 8, 2024 to March 2, 2024.
☑️ Please note that the University prohibits onsite application during the examination day.
☑️ During the registration, please prepare the following:
1. Unique Learner Reference Number, 12 digits (please do not use 123456789…)
2. Electronic 2x2 ID photo
- Only a JPG file is acceptable. Other image formats are not allowed.
- 300 pixels by 300 pixels, not to exceed 2MB file, in plain white background, must have no shadows
- Must not be taken more than six (6) months before uploading.
- The applicant must wear decent attire with a collar, ears uncovered, and no eyeglasses.
**Your photo is intended for your USM ID once you pass the entrance exam and decide to enroll at USM.
☑️ Before printing your examination slip, please wait for further announcements regarding your examination room. The room assignment will be available at your USMCEE account (https://cee.usm.edu.ph) a week before the examination date.
☑️ 𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙-𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙧𝙨 (those individuals who have taken the USMCEE and failed or had low scores or whose USMCEE result validity had expired and are taking the test again), there is no need to register again. Just log in to your USMCEE account. After logging in, please click Retakers-Click Me To Select New Schedule.
The scores in USMCEE taken in December 2023 are still valid for 1st Semester, A.Y. 2024 -2025.
Please pay the service fee at the cashier’s office, Administration Building, USM,
Kabacan, Cotabato before your exam schedule.
Present your receipt during your exam schedule.
☑️ For 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩-𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙧𝙨, the examination is free.

- Creating multiple accounts to secure/register slots for USMCEE is PROHIBITED.
- Double-check that every information is COMPLETE and ACCURATE.
- Incorrect or incomplete entries may result in disqualification from the exam or admission process.
