Committed to fostering purposeful leadership and continuous growth, Future Elementary Educators' Society (FEES) President Samir M. Mamolid successfully participated in the University of Southern Mindanao Leaders' Engagement to Accelerated Performance (USM LEAP) 3, held from July 13 to 16, 2026, at the DD Clemente (DDC) Hall, University of Southern Mindanao.
The four-day leadership engagement gathered student leaders from various colleges, organizations, and campuses of the university in a collaborative learning environment designed to cultivate leadership excellence, strengthen organizational management, and inspire servant leadership. Through a series of lectures, interactive workshops, and leadership dialogues, participants were equipped with practical knowledge and essential skills necessary to become more effective, responsive, and transformative leaders within their respective organizations.
Representing the Future Elementary Educators' Society, Mamolid actively took part in discussions that emphasized ethical leadership, collaborative governance, strategic planning, effective communication, and student-centered service. The program also provided opportunities for leaders to build meaningful connections, exchange best practices, and develop innovative ideas that contribute to a stronger and more empowered student community.
His participation reflects FEES' unwavering commitment to leadership development and its mission of nurturing future educators who lead not only with competence but also with integrity, compassion, and a genuine passion for service. The insights and experiences gained throughout USM LEAP 3 are expected to further strengthen the organization's initiatives and inspire programs that create lasting and meaningful impact among education students.
