ATTENTION, USM MAIN STUDENTS!
There are 105 slots available for TDP – Cong. Cruzado for students living in the 1st District of Cotabato Province. Students from 1st year to 3rd year may apply. This is on a first come, first served basis.

You may submit your requirements until 12:00 noon tomorrow (August 14, 2026) at the Office of Student Affairs (OSA). Please bring your Certificate of Indigency, Certificate of Registration (COR), and 2x2 picture. The application form is available at the OSA.

Note: For USM Main Campus students only.

Please be reminded that the deadline for filling out the TDP Form and submitting all required attachments is tomorrow (August 10, 2026) at 12:00 noon.
