PROJECT UMAGA VERSION 3 | Strengthening Patriotism and Unity

Dicamay National High School supported the implementation of Project UMAGA, or Unified Melodies and Allegiance: Gathering Affirmations, Version 3, pursuant to DM-CID-2026-463 of the Schools Division of Isabela.

Through meaningful school flag ceremonies and related patriotic activities, Project UMAGA aims to strengthen patriotism, discipline, unity, respect, and appreciation for Filipino identity among learners, faculty, and staff.

The program reminds the school community that the flag ceremony is more than a weekly routine. It is an opportunity to honor the country, uphold shared values, and renew everyone’s commitment to responsible citizenship and service.

Through active and consistent participation, Dicamay National High School hopes to build a more disciplined, united, value-driven, and patriotic school community.

HONORING EXCELLENCE, CELEBRATING SERVICE

Dicamay National High School, under the leadership of Mr. John Raul N. Cabacungan, successfully conducted its Localized Search for Most Outstanding Teachers through Project TRIBUTE, which stands for Thanking and Recognizing Individuals, Bolstering Unity, and Treasuring Exemplary Services.

Project TRIBUTE recognizes teachers whose exemplary performance, dedication, innovation, integrity, and commitment have contributed significantly to the success of the school and the delivery of quality basic education.

The activity forms part of the school’s localized Rewards and Recognition System and is aligned with CSC Memorandum Circular No. 1, s. 2001, which institutionalizes the Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence or PRAISE and emphasizes recognition based on performance, innovative ideas, and exemplary behavior. It is also guided by DepEd Regional Memorandum No. 42, s. 2019, which established the Region II STARS Awards to recognize outstanding achievements, promote innovative and sustainable practices, and strengthen commitment to public service.

The localized search is further anchored on PAMMADAYAW of SDO Isabela, which advances the recognition of Motivated, Accomplished, Dedicated, Accountable, Youthful, and Altruistic Workers within the Schools Division of Isabela.

Through this meaningful undertaking, Dicamay National High School affirms that exemplary service deserves to be recognized, treasured, and celebrated. More than an award, this recognition serves as an inspiration for every teacher to continue pursuing professional growth and service excellence for the benefit of every learner.

Dicamay National High School successfully conducted its SPTA General Assembly. The assembly focused on strengthening student discipline, improving attendance, and enhancing academic performance through active parent involvement.

Updates on the Strengthened Senior High School Program were also presented to inform parents of its goals and benefits for learners.

As part of the agenda, the election of the PTA Officers for School Year 2026–2027 was successfully conducted, further reinforcing the partnership between parents and the school in promoting learner success.

Dicamay National High School Steps Up Readiness in 2nd Quarter NSED

Dicamay National High School successfully conducted the 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill today at 9:00 a.m., further strengthening its disaster preparedness and resilience.

Building on the foundations of the previous quarter, the school is now intensifying its focus on long-term safety, and a total student readiness for any emergency. Because safety is a shared responsibility, the faculty and administration encourage everyone to keep practicing, stay vigilant, and remain prepared.

To foster a strong collaboration between home and school, Dicamay National High School successfully conducted its General Parents' Orientation for School Year 2026-2027.

The event served as a vital platform for the school administration and faculty to discuss essential school policies, upcoming programs, expectations, and the grading systems tailored for the new 3-term calendar of the academic year.

Following the general assembly, parents and guardians proceeded to their respective rooms for the classroom orientation, which focused on localized class rules and culminated in the successful election of the new Homeroom Parent-Teacher Association (HRPTA) officers for each section.

By aligning goals and working hand-in-hand, the institution and the community aim to provide a safer, more supportive, and more enriching learning environment for the students.

The school administration extends its deepest gratitude to all the parents, guardians, and stakeholders who took the time to attend, showing their unwavering commitment to their children's education.
