Fire Drill 2026 | Safety Starts with Preparedness

Notre Dame of Jolo for Girls, Inc. successfully conducted Fire Drill 2026 in partnership with the BFP IX – Jolo Fire Station.

This activity is part of our continuing commitment to safety, emergency preparedness, and the well-being of our entire school community.

Every fire drill strengthens our readiness, enhances teamwork, and equips us to respond calmly, safely, and effectively during emergencies.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated firefighters of BFP IX – Jolo Fire Station for their guidance, expertise, and unwavering support.

We also commend our administrators, faculty, staff, and students for their active participation and cooperation, which made this activity a meaningful success.

On Day 2 of the Virtual In-Service Training, the NDJFG Faculty joined educators from the 22 member schools of the OP-Siena School System in deepening their understanding of the OP-Siena Curriculum Maps under the theme, "One Siena, One Mission: Rooted in Love, Leading with Hope."

Participants gained valuable insights from Prof. Ma. Rita J. Atienza, Ed.D. on the curriculum mapping workshop highlights and from Mr. Alberto G. Flores, Jr. on the OP-Siena Curriculum Map Evaluation Report. The day culminated in meaningful breakout sessions and curriculum map cascading facilitated by members of the Technical Working Group.

Rooted in Love. Leading with Hope.

On Day 1 of the Virtual In-Service Training, the Institutional Personnel of Notre Dame of Jolo for Girls joined fellow educators and staff from the 22 member schools of the OP-Siena School System across the Philippines in reflecting on our shared mission and commitment to Catholic Dominican education.

Inspired by the insightful talks of Fr. John V. Era, CM on Safeguarding in OP-Siena Institutions and Rev. Fr. Christian Buenafe, O. Carm. on "Dilexi Te" (I Have Loved You), participants were reminded that authentic service begins with love, compassion, and a commitment to protect and nurture every member of our community.

Together, as One Siena, we continue to grow in faith, hope, and love.

Nawa’y magsilbi itong paalala sa bawat isa na ang tunay na diwa ng kalayaan ay kaakibat ng pananagutan, pagkakaisa, at aktibong pakikilahok sa paghubog ng isang mas maunlad, mapayapa, at makatarungang lipunan. Patuloy nating isabuhay ang mga pagpapahalagang nag-aambag sa ikabubuti ng ating pamayanan at ng ating bansa.

Ipinagdiriwang ang Araw ng Kalayaan tuwing Hunyo 12 bilang paggunita sa deklarasyon ng kasarinlan ng Pilipinas noong 1898.
