The 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐤𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐌𝐒𝐆) extends its heartfelt appreciation to the 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞 – 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞, 54𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 (54𝐒𝐀𝐂) for conducting an informative lecture on 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢-𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐨𝐦𝐛 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐓𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐫𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐉𝐨𝐥𝐨 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭.

The lecture equipped participants with valuable knowledge on recognizing and preventing bullying, fostering a culture of respect, empathy, and responsibility within the school community. It also provided practical guidance on identifying potential threats, responding appropriately during emergency situations, and promoting safety and preparedness on campus. Through this initiative, students and school personnel were empowered with essential knowledge and skills that contribute to a safer, more secure, and more resilient learning environment.

Today, July 27, 2026, the Notre Dame of Jolo College community gathered once again for our 𝑬𝒂𝒓𝒍𝒚 𝑴𝒐𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑬𝒙𝒆𝒓𝒄𝒊𝒔𝒆𝒔. The 𝑵𝒆𝒙𝒕-𝑮𝒆𝒏 𝑬𝒏𝒕𝒉𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝑵𝒖𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑪𝒍𝒖𝒃 (𝑵-𝑮𝑬𝑵𝑪) facilitated the morning assembly together with the 𝑴𝒂𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒊𝒌𝒂 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑮𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 (𝑴𝑺𝑮), while the 𝑺𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑬𝒎𝒆𝒓𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔' 𝑪𝒍𝒖𝒃 (𝑺𝑬𝑹𝑪) energized the community with a lively Zumba session. The 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐤𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐌𝐒𝐆), in collaboration with the 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐂𝐄𝐒), continued its Brigada Care Outreach at the Pag-Asinan Elementary School in Hadji Panglima Tahil, Sulu. bringing the spirit of volunteerism, compassion, and community partnership into action.

Representing the Mahardika Student Government were 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐡 𝐀. 𝐉𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐥, 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐒𝐢𝐧 𝐇. 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐛 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤, who joined the initiative in support of creating a more welcoming and conducive learning environment for the pupils.

On July 12, 2026, the 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐤𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬,, together with the 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞, 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬 and 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬, and 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐬, gathered for a meaningful day of collaboration, learning, and fellowship during the MSG Team Building 2026–2027.

The morning featured fun and engaging team-building activities led by 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐬 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐬 𝐌. 𝐏𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐠 and facilitated by 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐳 𝐐. 𝐀𝐫𝐚𝐡, 𝐋𝐏𝐓, strengthening communication, trust, and teamwork among the officers.

A memorable reminder from 𝐌𝐬. 𝐅𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐳𝐚 𝐑. 𝐇𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐢 resonated throughout the activity:

Today, June 30, 2026, the Mahardika Student Government (MSG) of Notre Dame of Jolo College officially held the Ribbon-Cutting and Turnover Ceremony of MSG de Sapientia.

Spearheaded by the MSG Batch 2025–2026 Origin & Realms, this milestone project reflects the organization's dedication to providing every Notre Dameans with a welcoming space for learning, collaboration, and student engagement.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of Dr. Raymond R. Delos Reyes, LPT; Dr. Michelle Angeli S. Tarsum, LPT, Ed.D.; Al-Hustadz Abdurahman Abani; and Br. Romar Gil A. Bastain, OMI, whose attendance made the occasion even more meaningful.

As we welcome the Islamic New Year, may this be a time of renewal for our hearts and intentions. Amun Jadid is not just the turning of the Hijri calendar, but a reminder of the Hijrah — the courage to leave behind what displeases Allah and strive toward what brings us closer to Him.

May this year bring peace to our homes, wisdom to our decisions, and barakah to our efforts. To the NDJC community, let us start this year with sincere duas, stronger iman, and a commitment to serve with ihsan.
