📢 CIVIL ENGINEERING INTERVIEW

The interview phase for qualified Civil Engineering applicants is set to commence. The official interview schedule, including the date, time, venue, and assigned interview batches, is now available.

All qualified applicants are advised to carefully check their assigned batch and schedule. Please arrive at the venue at least 15-30 minutes before your designated interview time and bring your Test Permit/Result.

Applicants are also encouraged to carefully read the Important Reminders included in this publication to ensure a smooth and orderly interview process.

Failure to appear during your scheduled interview may result in forfeiture of your interview slot unless a valid reason is presented to the Interview Committee.

The faculty members of the College of Computing Studies proudly showcased their excellence and innovation during the Blockchain Train-the-Trainers Program held in Davao City from May 18–22, 2026.

Demonstrating outstanding computing skills, the CCS team successfully developed and presented an on-the-spot capstone project integrated with blockchain technology, earning a commendable placement among participating Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), local institutions, and partner agencies across Region XI.

This achievement reflects the College’s commitment to advancing technological innovation, research, and industry-relevant competencies in the field of computing and emerging technologies.

The College extends its sincerest gratitude to the administration of Dr. Nagder J. Abdurahman, Chancellor, for the unwavering support and trust given to the faculty members in representing the institution in this prestigious program.

Following the intensive five-day Blockchain Technology Train-the-Trainers Program attended by the faculty members of the College of Computing Studies, Mindanao State University-Sulu has finally and officially inked a Memorandum of Agreement with the organizing body of the event, together with one of its international partners from Indonesia, Pelita Bangsa Academy.

This significant move is a clear manifestation of the administration’s strong commitment to the vision of Chancellor Dr. Nagder J. Abdurahman in transforming MSU-Sulu into a world-class university by 2030.

Through this initiative, the University takes another bold step toward strengthening its IT-driven innovations and integrating blockchain technology into solutions that are more reliable, secure, transparent, and future-ready—not only for the campus but also for the entire province.

The College of Computing Studies proudly supports this milestone as MSU-Sulu continues to build meaningful partnerships, embrace emerging technologies, and lead transformative innovation for the community.

FIRST CIVIL ENGINEERING APTITUDE TEST (CEAT) EXAMINATION 🏗️

The first phase of the application process for aspiring civil engineering students has officially been completed through the successful conduct of the Civil Engineering Aptitude Test Examination.

As the examination concludes, the journey continues for all applicants who aim to become future civil engineers. Qualified examinees who meet the required standards and screening requirements will proceed to the next stages of the admission process.

The college also extends its sincere gratitude to our Chancellor, Prof. Nagder J. Abdurahman, Ed. D, for visiting the college during the examination and showing support to the successful conduct of the event.
