🚨TRAINED TO RESPOND, READY TO SERVE.

Jimenez National Comprehensive High School (JNCHS), in partnership with the Jimenez Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), successfully conducted the Basic Life Support (BLS) Training and Emergency Response Simulation today, August 20, 2026, for the members of the JNCHS Student Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Organization (SDRRMO).

The training provided our student responders with essential knowledge and hands-on experience in Basic Life Support, CPR, first aid, emergency response, and disaster preparedness, equipping them with skills and confidence to respond appropriately during emergencies.

More than just a training, the activity emphasized that being an SDRRMO member means being prepared to serve, responsible in responding, and ready to help others when it matters most. Our heartfelt appreciation to the Jimenez MDRRMO for sharing their expertise, time, and commitment in developing a more capable and prepared student response team.

JNCHS JOINS THE NESTLÉ WELLNESS CAMPUS PROGRAM!

We are happy to announce that Jimenez National Comprehensive High School (JNCHS) is officially joining the Nestlé Wellness Campus Program (NWCP) for School Year 2026–2027.

✨ JNCHS YOUTH GALLERY | LINGGO NG KABATAAN EDITION

Sa bawat kabataang may lakas ng loob na mangarap at sumubok, may kwentong nagbibigay-inspirasyon.

Isang taon na ang nakalipas, buong pagmamalaking kinatawan ni Joel L. Tac-an, Jr., isang studyante ng Jimenez National Comprehensive High School (JNCHS), ang ating paaralan sa Mr. Linggo ng Kabataan 2025, kung saan ay matagumpay niyang nakamit ang titulong 2nd Runner Up.

Ngayong Linggo ng Kabataan 2026, muli nating binibigyang-pugay ang kanyang kwento ng tapang, tiyaga, at pananalig sa sariling kakayahan. Higit pa sa korona at titulo, ipinakita ni Joel na ang tunay na tagumpay ay nagsisimula sa lakas ng loob na sumubok, harapin ang mga hamon, at patuloy na magsikap para sa sariling pangarap at para sa karangalan ng paaralan.

Lagi sana nating tandaan, na ang tunay na tagumpay ay hindi lamang nasusukat sa titulong natamo, kundi sa tapang na sumubok, sa mga aral na natutunan, at sa inspirasyong naibabahagi sa iba.

Meet our A1 Learner: Fritz Owen C. Quilo! 💚✨

Jimenez National Comprehensive High School proudly recognizes Fritz Owen C. Quilo as our featured A1 Learner for the JNCHS Youth Gallery: Nutrition Month 2026 Edition.

In the Department of Education, an A1 Learner is a student who exemplifies holistic development—academically excellent, physically healthy, emotionally resilient, socially responsible, and committed to making positive life choices. An A1 Learner is not only intelligent in school but also demonstrates healthy habits, good character, and responsible citizenship both inside and outside the classroom.

Owen truly embodies these qualities. He has consistently earned With High Honors from Grade 7 to Grade 10, while maintaining a healthy BMI, strong and cavity-free teeth, good personal hygiene, healthy food choices, and a lifestyle that reflects discipline, balance, and wellness. Beyond his academic excellence, he is also known for being responsible at home and serving as a positive role model to his peers.

Guided by his inspiring message: “Healthy choices build a stronger future.” Owen reminds us that success is not measured by academic achievements alone, but also by the daily choices we make to care for our bodies, minds, and overall well-being.

This is how we celebrate National Disaster Resilience Month at Jimenez National Comprehensive High School! 💙🦺

Preparedness begins with knowledge, grows through action, and becomes a culture when everyone works together.

Throughout the observance of National Disaster Resilience Month 2026, JNCHS successfully conducted a series of disaster preparedness and school safety activities in collaboration with our valued partner agencies. From the Earthquake Preparedness Program, Earthquake Drill and Emergency Response Simulation, Fire Safety Orientation and Hands-on Fire Extinguisher Demonstration, School Safety Campaign and Ocular Inspection, School Violence Prevention Awareness Talk, to our School Hazard Mapping Activity, every initiative strengthened our commitment to creating a safer, more resilient learning environment for all.

These activities would not have been possible without the unwavering support of the Jimenez Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), Bureau of Fire Protection – Jimenez Fire Station, Jimenez Municipal Police Station, and the Misamis Occidental Provincial Police Office. Thank you for empowering our learners and personnel with the knowledge and skills needed to prepare for emergencies and respond with confidence.
