Balancing academics and extracurricular activities is an important skill that will help you succeed in high school and beyond. By following these tips, you can find a balance that works for you and achieve your goals

• Prioritize your academics. Your schoolwork should always come first. This means setting aside enough time each day to study and complete your assignments. If you are struggling in a class, be sure to get help from a tutor or teacher.

• Choose extracurricular activities that are important to you. Don't join just any club or sport because you think it will look good on your college application. Instead, choose activities that you're passionate about and that will help you develop your skills and interests.

• Set limits on your commitments. It's crucial to set limits on your commitments. You won't be able to accomplish any of them well if you take on too much.

• Manage your time effectively. Use a planner or calendar to track your schoolwork, extracurricular activities, and other commitments. This will help you stay organized and avoid feeling overwhelmed.

• Take breaks. It is important to take breaks from studying and extracurricular activities. You'll be able to stay alert and focused if you do this.

• Start planning early. Consider your interests and the times that extracurricular programs meet. You may start making time plans once you have a broad understanding of your schedule.

• Be realistic about your commitments. Try not to attempt too much at once. Spreading yourself too thin is worse than concentrating on a few things you're enthusiastic about.

• Don't be afraid to say no. It's okay to turn down invitations to extracurricular activities if you don't have time or if they aren't a good fit for you.

• Ask for help if you need it. If you're struggling to balance your academics and extracurricular activities, talk to your parents, teachers, or counselor. They can help you develop a plan that works for you.

• Set priorities. Decide which activities are most important to you and make sure to give them the most time and attention.

• Delegate tasks. If you have too much on your plate, don't be afraid to ask for help from your parents, friends, or teachers.

• Take care of yourself. Make sure to get enough sleep, eat healthy foods, and exercise regularly. This will help you stay healthy and focused.

Hello Students the First TIP for this MONTH is:

CREATE A SCHEDULE:
^ Plan your week in advance, allocating specific times for classes, study sessions, and extracurricular activities.
^ Prioritize tasks based on deadlines and importance.

Now I will give you tips on how to make an effective schedule:

First up is to use a planner or digital tools like a calendar app to keep track of your schedule. This will help you visualize your week and stay organized.

The second tip is to Prioritize Tasks and identify your academic and extracurricular priorities. Assign specific time blocks for studying, completing assignments, attending practices, and participating in events.

Next is the third tip and that is to Allocate your Study Time Wisely. Consider your peak concentration hours and allocate focused study time during these periods. This could be in the morning, afternoon, or evening, depending on when you are most alert.

Next is the Fourth tip which is to Break Down Your Day. Divide your day into segments and assign specific activities to each segment. For example, morning for classes, afternoon for studying, and evening for extracurricular activities.

The Next tip is the Fifth tip which is to Be Realistic. Ensure that your schedule is realistic and manageable. Don't overcommit yourself, and leave some buffer time for unexpected tasks or breaks.

Onto the next one which is the sixth tip this one is very important which is to Include Breaks. Incorporate short breaks between study sessions or activities to prevent burnout. These breaks can help refresh your mind and improve overall productivity.

And for the last tip which is the seventh tip is to Review and Adjust Regularly. Regularly review your schedule to see if it aligns with your goals and priorities. Adjustments may be necessary based on changing deadlines, events, or personal circumstances.

And that is all from me, Matt Gwapo

Follow Comrades!!

We are the students of God, created to be educated, but at all times we must balance our academics and extra-curricular activities in our school. We as students, must learn to manage and balance our time, and here are the tips to balance your academics and Extracurricular-activities.

📌TIME MANAGEMENT- Of course, in terms of our daily routines we must learn to manage and balance our time during classes and other activities. We must learn the term "Saliat og Panghiwayat" in Basayan which means to manage our time efficiently. That would apply to us as students.
📌PRUDENCE- At all times, we must be careful enough to complete our academic activities before we enter into extra-curricular activities such as Intamurals and many others. Prudence also applies in a way how we manage ourselves when we encounter such scenarios
📌RELAX AND PRAY- The most important in terms of its ability. You can't indulge yourself between two activities at a time. You must learn to sit back, relax and pray at all times. This is the most powerful thing that we must have. God first before yourself.

At all times my comrades, if you feel thst you are pressured, learn to balance your time, learn to balance your abilities and learn to balance everything....

GOD BE WITH YOU ALL.
