In our lives, we go through a roller coaster ride of emotions. We are sometimes happy, sad, angry, worried, and even surprised by the circumstances that may come our way. Regardless of everything, our feelings are VALID. ❤️

In connection with Guidance and Counseling Week and also with the celebration of National Su***de Prevention Month, the Guidance Office created an avenue for students to express how they feel through an emoticon.

This is also a reminder to everyone that whenever you have problems never hesitate to call a friend, tell your trusted barkada or even talk with your family and loved ones. The guidance office is also willing to listen to your sentiments. 😊
