September 28, 2022, CDG-RDE headed by Prof. Jose T. Travero went to different offices for the following matters:

1. DOST office headed by Ms. Vina R. Antopina in relation to the Sanitary Fish Drying of Nasingin Island, Starbooks for CDG library and Ubi project;

2.Provincial Capitol with Dr. Larry Pamugas, Acting Provincial Agriculturist, regarding the cattle dispersal request for CDG;

3. Office of the Second District Congresswoman, Hon. Vanessa Aumentado, checking on availability of scholarship grants for CDG students; and

4. Balay ni Charing sponsored by IISLA Forum, in a zoom meeting with the CEO and Founder Ms. Jennifer Viloria, a possible partner for LGU Getafe especially in the implementation of projects of CDG-RDE.

Indeed a very productive day! our heartfelt gratitude for the all out support of our Municipal Mayor, Hon. Cary M. Camacho and to Atty. Jairus Socias, VPAF.

CDG-RDE in partnership with ALAY MARCELA FOUNDATION and BAJI Artwork Group headed by Ms. Mary Grace Celeste I. Bernaldez, in collaboration with the Department of Education through Mr. Miguel G. Pogoy, PSDS Getafe District 1 and with the full support of LGU Getafe headed by our mayor Hon. Cary M. Camacho held our extension program "BAYANIHAN for NASINGIN ISLAND 2022".

The turn over of kurmata for the garbage collection, feeding program for the children, art workshop for Grade 5&6 students of Nasingin Elementary School and gift giving..

We are grateful with the full support given by barangay nasingin headed by their barangay captain, Melisa O. Vergara, to the BHWs who prepared everything for the feeding, to the school principal of Nasingin Elementary School, Maria Ima G. Abarre together with the teachers for assisting the students during the activities and to all who made this activity successful..

this is just the beginning, we are looking forward for more activities for the people of Nasingin!

CGD-RDE is enormously grateful to Ms. G*i of ALAY MARCELA FOUNDATION who initiated this feeding program for our children in two different schools, San Jose and Cangmundo Elementary School. This initiative will always be cherished in the hearts of every children.

Thank you to our dear teachers who exerted so much efforts for the success of this feeding program.. God bless each and everyone of you!

Colegio de Getafe-RDE initiated an activity under the supervision of RDE Director, Professor Jose T. Travero with the support and approval of our Municipal Mayor Hon. Cary M. Camacho..

Participatory Rural Appraisal was held on August 18-19, 2022 at Colegio de Getafe and Barangay Sto. Niño.. It was participated by the selected faculty and staff of CDG together with the selected employees from MPDC and MAO..

Thanking the Barangay Officials of Sto. Niño headed by their Barangay Captain, Maximo T. Bemil.. To the facilitators, Aida Salingay and Joyful John Torreon from BISU-BILAR, for sharing their knowledge and expertise.. and also to the unwavering trust of our VPAF Atty. Jairus T. Socias..
