Here is an important update regarding your Student ID Picture
🗓 Schedule: September 28–30, 2026 (Monday to Wednesday)

• Reminder for Shiftees & Old Students with Lost IDs: Don't forget to secure your Student ID.

Take note of the scheduled dates and times for your ID picture taking:

Date/Time - Department
28 AM - BET EET
28 PM - BSIT
29 AM - BET MET
29 PM - BSNAME
30 AM - BSTCM
30 PM - Transferees & Returnees/Shiftee

The ID sling costs ₱100. Please make sure to bring the exact amount on your scheduled date.

𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘 | HELMET POLICY FOR ALL MOTORCYCLE RIDERS

For a safe and secure campus, all motorcycle riders and passengers entering USTP Jasaan are required to wear a standard protective helmet, with motorcycle drivers required to have a valid driver’s license and current vehicle registration.

🗓️ Effective August 10, 2026
⚠️ Non-compliance means no entry.

𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘 | Please be informed that based on the Jasaan Local Government Unit Executive Order No. 046-2026, all classes will shift to 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐲𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐬𝐲𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞 on 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟑-𝟏𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 due to elevated heat index levels.

Everyone is advised to stay hydrated and avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat.
