Please be informed that the enrollment schedule will be adjusted from May 4–8, 2026 to May 4–7, 2026 (Monday to Thursday only), based on DepEd Memorandum No. 018, s. 2026, which implements a 4-day onsite workweek with Fridays designated as Work From Home (WFH) during the school break.

Step 2: Enrollment Forms (At Home)
Review and accomplish your enrollment form and confirmation slip at home.
Ensure all information is complete and signed by your parent/guardian.

Step 3: Documentary Requirements

Original Grade 10 Report Card

Step 6: Elective Selection
Elective selection is based on your pre-enrollment form.
