Today, the students and personnel of Granja-Kalinawan National High School actively participated in the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill. Upon hearing the alarm at exactly 3:38 PM, learners immediately practiced the proper safety procedure, “Duck, Cover, and Hold.” After the shaking simulation, everyone calmly evacuated their classrooms and proceeded to the designated open area.
Teachers and school personnel conducted headcounts and checked on the learners to ensure everyone's safety and well-being. Through this activity, the school continues to promote disaster preparedness and strengthen awareness on the importance of being ready during emergencies.
