Jaro I Central School proudly celebrates our pupils who represented our school at the Science, Technology and Mathematics Fair 2026 – Division Level, held in Dulag, Leyte on September 2, 2026. 🔬🧮👏
These young learners had already proven their excellence by emerging as winners at the District and Area levels, earning the opportunity to represent Jaro I Central School at the Division level.
🥈 A special congratulations to Reiko Alexander O. Ragrag, who won 2nd Place in the Mathematics Grade 5 Quiz Bee – Individual Category, together with his dedicated coach, Alexander C. Guya! 👏🎉
Some of our pupils were also among the Top 10 scorers in their respective categories, a testament to their hard work, preparation, and determination.
Although only the Top 5 received awards at the Division level, every pupil who qualified and represented our school has an achievement worth celebrating. ❤️

🌸 Jaro I Central School is STILL LOOKING for 4 ADDITIONAL ARAL TUTORS for DepEd's ARAL Summer Program 2026 📚
We are looking for passionate, committed, and responsible individuals who are willing to help learners improve their Reading and Mathematics skills.

🌸 Interested applicants are advised to carefully review DepEd Memorandum No. 001, s. 2026 for complete details and guidelines.
🌸Deadline of submission: May 4, 2026

📌 PROGRAM DETAILS
🗓️ Implementation Period:
May 6 to June 2, 2026
⏰ Schedule:
• Monday to Thursday – School-based sessions (2 hours/day)
• Friday – Home-based learning support

👨‍🎓 Target Learners:
• Reading: Incoming Grades 2–11
• Mathematics: Incoming Grades 2–4

👩‍🏫 QUALIFICATIONS OF EXTERNAL TUTORS:
• Graduate of Education or any related course
• Preferably a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT)
• With good communication and teaching skills
• Willing to undergo orientation/training
• Committed to support learners throughout the program period

📄 DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:
• Application Letter addressed to the School Head
• Updated Resume/Curriculum Vitae
• Photocopy of Diploma and TOR
• PRC ID (if Licensed Professional Teacher)
• Valid ID

📝 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct remedial or guided learning sessions
• Assist learners in improving foundational skills in Reading and Mathematics
• Monitor and report learners’ progress
• Coordinate with teachers and school authorities
