Leadership begins with a vision, and vision becomes powerful when a community moves together toward the same goal. The Leadership Training and Capability Building: One Vision, One Jagna Leadership Encampment 2026 brings together passionate individuals who are ready to grow, lead, and inspire. Set in an atmosphere filled with color, creativity, and unity, this event symbolizes the commitment of young leaders to build stronger skills and stronger communities.

The vibrant backdrop reflects more than decoration—it represents collaboration, dedication, and the spirit of teamwork. Each element reminds participants that leadership is not only about guiding others but also about learning, listening, and empowering people around us. Through training, discussions, and shared experiences, participants develop the confidence and capability needed to make meaningful contributions to their schools and communities.

Held from March 13–15, 2026 at Faraon NHS, Jagna, this leadership encampment serves as a platform where ideas meet action. Students and young leaders gather not just to gain knowledge but to strengthen bonds and create a unified vision for the future. The theme “One Vision, One Jagna” highlights the importance of unity—when everyone works together with the same purpose, positive change becomes possible.

This event reminds us that leadership is not defined by titles but by service, courage, and the willingness to grow. As these young leaders take part in this journey of learning and empowerment, they carry with them the hope of a brighter and more united community. Together, they prove that with shared vision and strong capability, the future of Jagna is in good hands.

This day was filled with excitement, joy and laughter as we celebrate our Christmas Party together with our SSLG & YES-O adviser's and also with our former SSLG President.
