SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 am today, th center of Typhoon "Gardo" was located based on all available data at 1,350 km East of Basco, Batanes (21.2 N, 134.9 E) with maximum sustained winds of 200 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 245 km/h. Moving West Northwest at 30km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.
