ld could thrive, where comfort and equal attention would be the cornerstone of learning. After 42 years of dedicated service in education, Mrs. Ubal retired as Schools Division Superintendent in the Department of Education - Capiz Division, determined to turn her dream into reality. In 2007, PedAcademy Learning Center, formerly Mundo ng Mga Bata Early Childhood Learning Center, opened its doors to its first preschoolers, marking the beginning of a transformative journey. Recognized for its commitment to quality education, PedAcademy expanded to include an elementary program through the governmentโs Education Service Contracting program in 2008. In 2011, PedAcademy achieved Government Recognition for both its Preschool and Elementary Programs from the Department of Education - Region VI, paving the way for a comprehensive educational offering from Grades 1 to 6. Incorporated in 2017 as PedAcademy, Inc., the institution continues to grow and innovate. was honored as the "Outstanding Private School (Small School Category)" by the DepEd Capiz Division Office, a testament to its dedication and impact.
