Apatnapung taon na ang lumipas mula nang maganap ang isang makasaysayang pagkilos na nagpatunay sa lakas ng nagkakaisang mamamayan. Ang ika-40 anibersaryo ng EDSA People Power Revolution ay nagsisilbing paggunita sa isang panahong nanaig ang mapayapang pagkilos at kolektibong tapang laban sa pamumunong mapaniil.

Higit sa isang pangyayari sa kasaysayan, ang EDSA ay nananatiling sagisag ng pagkakaisa, pananagutan, at malasakit sa bayan. Ito ay paalala na ang demokrasya ay patuloy na pinagtitibay sa pamamagitan ng sama-samang paninindigan at aktibong pakikilahok ng bawat mamamayan. 🇵🇭
