Tema: “Wikang Filipino at AI: Kasangkapan at Tulay sa Yaman ng Impormasyon”

Ipinagdiwang ng Caro National High School, sa pamumuno ng Punong-g**o, Gng. Raquel A. Tanangonan, ang Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa at Buwan ng Kasaysayan sa pangunguna ng Filipino Club, katuwang ang mga g**o at mag-aaral, matagumpay na isinagawa ang iba’t ibang gawaing naglalayong mapalalim ang pagpapahalaga sa wikang Filipino, kasaysayan, kultura, at makabagong teknolohiya.
Kabilang sa mga isinagawang gawain ay ang mga sumusunod: Rampa ng mga Natatanging Kasuotan, Trivia Challenge tuwing Lunes, Maikling Kuwento, at Awiting Bayan at sa pangunahing tampok sa pampinid na aktibidad ay ang Pista sa Nayon.
Sa pamamagitan ng mga aktibidad na ito, nabigyan ang mga mag-aaral ng pagkakataong maipamalas ang kanilang talento, pagkamalikhain, at kaalaman sa wika, kultura, at kasaysayan.
Sa kabuuan, naging makabuluhan at matagumpay ang pagdiriwang dahil sa aktibong pakikilahok ng mga mag-aaral, g**o, at pamunuan ng paaralan. Nakatulong ang mga gawaing ito upang higit na mapahalagahan ang wikang Filipino bilang mahalagang kasangkapan sa pagkatuto, komunikasyon, at paggamit ng makabagong teknolohiya tulad ng Artificial Intelligence (AI) sa paghahanap at pagproseso ng impormasyon.

CARO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL PARTICIPATES IN SIMULTANEOUS SCHOOL SAFETY DRILL

CARO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL- September 3, 2026.
Caro National High School actively participated in the Simultaneous School Safety Drill on September 3, 2026, in cooperation with the ICPS, as part of its continuing efforts to strengthen emergency preparedness and promote a safe and secure learning environment.

Prior to the actual drill, the ICPS conducted an orientation for learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel, and other members of the school community. The orientation provided important information and guidance on proper safety and emergency procedures, emphasizing the importance of preparedness and the appropriate response to emergencies, disasters, and other potential hazards.

Following the orientation, participants carried out the prescribed safety and emergency procedures during the simultaneous school safety drill. Learners and school personnel demonstrated proper evacuation procedures, orderly movement, and the proper way of proceeding to designated safe areas. Teachers and other school personnel assisted in maintaining order and ensuring the safety and accountability of learners throughout the activity.

The activity provided the Caro National High School community with an opportunity to assess its level of preparedness and identify areas for further improvement in its emergency response procedures. More importantly, the drill highlighted the value of preparedness, discipline, cooperation, and awareness in protecting the safety and well-being of everyone in the school.

The activity concluded successfully through the active participation and cooperation of the Caro National High School community and the ICPS, reinforcing the school's commitment to building a safer, more prepared, and resilient learning environment.

Another meaningful support has reached Caro National High School! 💙💚❤️

Our school is grateful to have received portable voice amplifiers (lapel microphones) that will help our teachers communicate more clearly and effectively during classroom instruction, school activities, and various learning engagements.

We extend our sincere appreciation to: President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., DepEd Central Office, under the leadership of Secretary Sonny Angara, DepEd Regional Office IX, Schools Division Office of Isabela City, led by our Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Ma. LOOK | BOSY Monitoring Visit 📚✨

On August 4, 2026, Caro National High School warmly welcomed Dr. Lee G. Baraquia of the DepEd Regional Office IX, together with Dr. Anna Marie Mahing, Senior Education Program Specialist for Planning and Research, and Sir Nur O. Amilin, EPS for Monitoring and Evaluation of the Schools Division Office of Isabela City.

The team conducted the Monitoring on the Implementation of the Planning Frames System and Data Management, with emphasis on the school's Learner Information System (LIS). Aligned with DepEd Order No. 27, s. 2019, this initiative aims to ensure the availability of quality and timely basic education statistics and to strengthen the regional data collection system. The monitoring also validated the accuracy and completeness of learner records and other school data, ensuring reliable information for planning, policy formulation, resource allocation, and evidence-based decision-making.

Caro National High School remains committed to maintaining accurate and timely data in support of quality education and effective school governance.

The month-long celebration of the 52nd Philippine Nutrition Month at Caro National High School officially came to a close during the Flag Raising Ceremony held on August 3, 2026. Guided by this year's theme, "Sa PPAN: Sama-sama sa Nutrisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat" and sub-theme, "Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan!", the school community actively participated in various activities that promoted proper nutrition, healthy lifestyles, and environmental stewardship.

One of the highlights of the closing program was the presentation of the Nutrition Advocacy Campaign Video, proudly produced by the Caro NHS TLE Club Officers, under the guidance of their adviser, Ms. Vershainaleen J. Samaani. The video inspired our learners by promoting healthy eating habits and environmental responsibility in line with this year's Nutrition Month theme.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our School Principal, Ma'am Raquel A. Tanangonan, for her unwavering support, encouragement, and generous provision of prizes that made this celebration more meaningful. We also express our sincere appreciation to Sir Jerico C. ✨"SabaDo with our Heroes" in Preparation for the Landscaping of the Gulayan sa Paaralan Program -- SPTA Project 2026✨

In preparation for the landscaping of the Gulayan sa Paaralan Program (GPP) under the SPTA Project 2026 of Caro NHS, selected parents headed by the SPTA President Mr. Wahab Asdaon, VP Nhas Jamlain, and selected male parents actively gathered bamboo poles to be used as materials for the improvement of the school garden area. This meaningful activity was made possible through the strong cooperation and support of the parents, who willingly shared their time, effort, and resources for the benefit of the school and its learners.

The bamboo poles collected will serve as essential materials in constructing supports and boundaries that will help organize and beautify the GPP area. Through this collaborative effort, the school community demonstrated its commitment to promoting a clean, productive, and sustainable environment that supports community's participation in school-based gardening activities.

The said preparation reflects the spirit of volunteerism and partnership between the school and the parents. Their active involvement shows that the success of the Gulayan sa Paaralan Program is strengthened by collective action and shared responsibility. Indeed, the contribution of these dedicated parents is a valuable step toward the successful implementation of the SPTA Project 2026 and the continued advancement of CARONHS.

✨Saturday Grind with Parents : GPP Phase 1

As part of the school's continuing commitment to promoting food security, environmental sustainability, and community participation, collaboration with stakeholders was conducted in preparing the school garden for the implementation of the Gulayan sa Paaralan Program (GPP). The activity started on July 11, 2026, Saturday as per agreement in the PTA meeting the previous day.

The activity was made possible through the active participation of parents initiated by the SPTA Officers who voluntarily dedicated their time and effort despite it being a weekend. Parents played a significant role by assisting in clearing the garden area, removing weeds, preparing planting beds, transporting soil, and gathering locally available materials needed for the establishment and improvement of the school vegetable garden. Their cooperation and willingness to contribute demonstrated their strong support for the school's programs and their shared responsibility in creating a conducive learning environment for learners.

Teachers and school personnel facilitated the activity by organizing the work assignments, ensuring that the preparations were carried out efficiently and safely. The collaborative efforts of all stakeholders resulted in a cleaner, more organized, and ready-to-plant garden area that will serve as a valuable learning laboratory for students and a sustainable source of nutritious vegetables for school-based feeding initiatives.

The successful conduct highlighted the importance of strengthening school-home-community partnerships. Through the collective efforts of parents and the school community, the Gulayan sa Paaralan Program continues to promote volunteerism, environmental stewardship, and shared accountability in achieving quality education and learner well-being.

✨"Project Disiplina sa Basura, Kalinisan ng Caro National High School" was implemented to establish learners as advocates for a greener and cleaner school environment, while instilling discipline and proper values in waste management. This initiative is carried out in accordance with School Resolution No. 01, Series of 2026, which was formally presented and discussed with all parents and guardians during the general assembly of the School Parents-Teachers Association (SPTA) to ensure full understanding and support from the community.

Throughout the month of June 2026, all classes were guided to observe proper waste segregation, maintain cleanliness in their classrooms and designated areas, and practice responsible disposal of trash at all times.

Through consistent monitoring and evaluation of compliance, active participation, and visible results, Grade 8 – Bantigue demonstrated outstanding commitment and exemplary performance in observing the guidelines, earning the recognition as the Best Implementer for the month of June 2026.

The project proved successful not only in improving the physical appearance of the school premises but also in molding learners to become responsible and proactive stewards of their environment.

Today, June 18, 2026, Caro National High School actively participated in the 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED). Students, teachers, and school personnel practiced the proper “Duck, Cover, and Hold” procedure and safely evacuated to the designated area following the school's emergency protocols.

The activity aimed to strengthen disaster preparedness and promote safety awareness among all members of the school community. Through the drill, Caro NHS demonstrated its commitment to ensuring that everyone is ready to respond calmly and effectively during earthquake emergencies.
