The Bureau of Fire Protection successfully conducted a Simulation Exercise (SIMEX) for our HFCFI criminology interns, providing them with valuable hands-on training and actual exposure to emergency response operations. The activity aimed to strengthen the interns’ knowledge, discipline, teamwork, and preparedness in handling fire incidents, rescue procedures, and disaster-related emergencies.

Through the guidance and expertise of the dedicated personnel of the Bureau of Fire Protection, our criminology interns were able to learn important techniques in fire suppression, rescue operations, rope safety, evacuation procedures, and proper coordination during emergency situations. The simulation also allowed the interns to experience the importance of quick decision-making, leadership, communication, and cooperation in saving lives and protecting communities.

This meaningful activity served as an eye-opening experience for our future criminologists, helping them develop confidence, responsibility, and professionalism as they prepare for their future careers in public safety and law enforcement. It also highlighted the importance of partnership between educational institutions and government agencies in promoting quality training and community preparedness.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Bureau of Fire Protection for their time, effort, and commitment in mentoring and training our criminology interns. Your support and dedication truly inspire our students to become competent, disciplined, and service-oriented future public servants. 🚒🔥👏

“Kabataan para sa Kalikasan! 🌱✨

The NSTP 2 students successfully conducted a Community Clean-Up Drive today across various barangays in Isabela City, demonstrating their commitment to service, environmental stewardship, and community development. 🌿✨

This activity was not only about cleaning public spaces, but also about instilling essential values among students—such as discipline, teamwork, responsibility, and genuine concern for others. Through active participation, the students were able to understand the real importance of contributing to the welfare of the community and taking ownership of their surroundings.

By engaging directly with different barangays, the students experienced firsthand the impact of collective action. Small efforts, when done together, create meaningful and lasting change. This initiative also served as a platform to strengthen community ties and promote awareness on maintaining cleanliness, sustainability, and civic responsibility.

More importantly, this clean-up drive empowered the students to become catalysts of change—individuals who lead by example and inspire others to take part in building a cleaner, safer, and more progressive community. 💚

Indeed, today’s activity reflects the true essence of NSTP: developing socially responsible individuals who are ready to serve, lead, and make a difference.
