Typhoon Kristine has caused severe flooding and landslides in Bicol, displacing thousands and endangering communities. One Interact Philippines is launching this urgent donation drive to provide immediate relief and support rescue efforts.

On November 09, 2023, District Governor. Maria Ester "Mate" L. Espina (Mate Espina) visited Lamitan City and its Mayor Hon. Oric Furigay, in executing an insightful meeting at Lamitan City's City Hall. Conceptualizing new missions for the Rotary club on its respective ideals! 💡🙌 Indulging in particular services that help develop the best changes in communities and to oneself. ☝🏻✨

The Rotary Club and Interact Club of Basilan National High School has also assisted in bringing gifts for the Daycare Center of Barangay. Malinis, Lamitan City, as it visualizes the bequest of the club's generosity. "Munting ala-ala ang mga tsinelas mula sa puso ng Rotary Club of Basilan" 🧒🏻❣️

Assistant Governor, Mr. Daniel Avanceña Zabala has also visualized us with insightful knowledge and wisdom throughout conscious leadership🎖️, responsible citizenship 👥, and ambitious passions to thrive into meaningful objectives. 💡

Congratulations also to our Rotary Club of Basilan President, Mr. Joaquin Perez Puri Jr., for the successful reports that were executed during the discussion of planning resourceful management in relation with Creating Hope for the World 🌍🤝

An oath-taking was then fulfilled to ensure the promises of all members in means to creating the good for all, a responsible and determined spirit that contributes openly to the club's disciplines.

An applause also to the former president of the Interact Club Ms. Arnie Joy Reyes Ong, for her dedication of serving the club's ideals into a legacy that are then passed by through many future leaders of the INTERact club; likewise to Mr. Rashini Eeman Amiluddin for being the emcee of the said Induction.

With the guidance of Mr. Maceda Usman our Interact Club adviser and to our newly announced president Ms. Jean Dazzel Bapora, supportive ideals that enhance the twinkling dreams of the club's future objectives to Create Hope for the World!
