On the second implementation of Catch-Up Fridays, Gud Elementary School continue to embrace PROJECT DEAR (Drop Everything and Read) to uplift literacy performance and ignite reading passions of the learners through fun and engaging activities. Teachers prepare reading interventions and innovations to sustain the momentum, habit, and love of learners for reading.

“This project is a great help to the institution to improve reading performance, analysis and comprehension skills of the learners.” Vic A. Marquez, ESHTIII said, “Reading plays a vital role in expanding the knowledge of every learner which help them in their future endeavours.”

As the Nationwide Implementation of Catch-Up Friday and DEAR concludes, Gud Elementary School remains steadfast in its commitment to sustain the culture of reading and continuous learning.
