What is the difference between exception and exemption?

Due to their similar forms and morphology, the terms exemption and exception are frequently confused. There is, however, a distinction between the two words, namely, exemption and exception. The term 'exemption' can refer to either 'freedom' or 'exclusion.' The word 'exception,' on the other hand, is employed in the sense of 'omission.' The fundamental distinction between the two words is this.
◾◼◻The term 'exemption' is a noun that is derived from the verb 'exempt.' The term 'exception,' on the other hand, is a noun that is produced from the verb 'except.' Take a look at the sentences below.

1. In the first year of his postgraduate program, Francis received an exemption.
2. Angela had sought for a fee waiver.

➖Because the word 'exemption' is used in both sentences to mean 'exclusion,' the first sentence's meaning would be 'Francis got an exclusion (of papers) in the first year of his postgraduate degree.' 'Angela applied for a fee exemption,' would be the meaning of the second sentence.

Subject-Verb Agreement

◻The subject-verb agreement is crucial in English. This indicates that the subject's features should be represented in the verb. If a subject is singular, the verb form must be singular as well.

✔EXAMPLE
◾INCORRECT She see you.
◼CORRECT She sees you.
Likewise, if a subject is plural, the verb must also be plural.

◾INCORRECT We sees you.
◼CORRECT We see you.

Unlike in other languages that require that subject and verb agree in both number and gender, English verbs are not conjugated for gender and so require only that they match in number.

Whom vs Who

➡When referring to the object of a verb or preposition, whom should be used. If you're unsure, try this simple trick: if the word can be replaced with "he" or "she," use who. Use whom if you can substitute it with "he" or "her."

Singular vs Plural Nouns

When used in grammar, the word singular means "noting or pertaining to a member of the number category found in many languages that indicates that a word form has one referent or denotes one person, place, thing, or instance," whereas the word plural means "noting or pertaining to a member of the number category found in many languages that indicates that a word has more than one referent."
➡➡Singular nouns are nouns that are singular in nature.

A singular noun is one that refers to a single object, and it's the type of noun you'll nearly always come across when looking up nouns on dictionary Singular nouns, like most nouns, can refer to people, places, objects, or concepts. Singular nouns relate to only one person or item at a time. Singular nouns can refer to broad categories of things as well as more specific individuals, places, and things with names or titles. Singular nouns are always preceded by the articles a and a and always utilize a singular verb. ➡➡Nouns that are plural

Nouns that refer to more than one person, place, or thing are referred to as plural nouns. Plural nouns are typically formed by adding -s or -es to the endings of single nouns. The Importance of Correct Grammar

Grammar is significant because it gives information that aids in the comprehension of the reader. It is the structure that allows the writer to transmit precise meaning to the audience. Remove grammatical faults from your writing and provide clear communication to your viewers. Please let us know if we can assist you.🧡 ◾Grammar explains the forms and structure of words (called morphology) and how they are arranged in sentences (called syntax). In other words, grammar provides the rules for common use of both spoken and written language so we can more easily understand each other.

The building blocks of grammar are the eight parts of speech:

◼Verbs express actions, events, or states of being.
◻Nouns name a person, animal, place, thing, or abstract idea.
◼Pronouns take the place of nouns or another pronoun.
◻Adjectives modify nouns or pronouns by describing, identifying, or quantifying them. An adjective usually precedes the noun or the pronoun which it modifies.
◼Adverbs modify a verb, adjective, another adverb, a phrase, or a clause and indicate manner, time, place, cause, or degree. Adverbs can be recognized because they answer the question how, when, where, or how much. Adverbs often end in ly.
◻Prepositions link nouns, pronouns, and phrases to other words in a sentence and usually indicate a relationship of time, space, or logic.
◼Conjunctions link words, phrases, and clauses.

Linking Verbs

Verbs that serve as a link between a subject and additional information about that subject are known as linking verbs. They don't depict any action; instead, they "connect" the subject to the rest of the sentence. The most common linking verb is to be, but there are numerous others, including all sense verbs. 🖤🤎 ➡A handful—a very frequently used handful—of verbs are always linking verbs:

all forms of to be (am, is, are, was, were, has been, are being, might be, etc.)
to become
to seem ➖These verbs always link subjects to something that further describes the subject of the sentence.

She is a nurse.
The moon is in outer space.
I have become weary of your methodical approach to waltzing.
The Dalai Lama seems like a nice guy.
These sentences show that a linking verb can connect the subject with a number of sentence elements. Nurse is a noun; in outer space is a prepositional phrase; weary is an adjective; and a nice guy is a phrase that contains both an adjective and a noun. All of them give us more information about what these subjects are, have become, or seem to be.

Difference Between Gone and Went

Many English learners are perplexed by the verb forms gone and gone. Both of these verb forms are linked to the verb go (which meaning "to go from one location to another"), and they both refer to the past. If you know the difference between tenses, it is very easy to understand the difference between gone and went. The past participle of go is gone, and the past tense of go is gone. Because went is a past tense form, it is most commonly employed in the simple past. Gone, on the other hand, is a perfect tense verb. This is the primary distinction between gone and gone.

Whose is a pronoun that is used in queries to determine who owns or has something. To put it another way, whose is about ownership.
Don't be fooled: on the one hand, it's easy to imagine that who's (rather than whose) is the possessive form of who because grammazons designate possessive nouns with an apostrophe + s. Apostrophes, on the other hand, are also utilized in contractions. The apostrophe in who's implies this, which is why whose is the possessive form of the pronoun.

💦Sometimes compound words, such as anytime and any time, do not have the same meaning as the separate words they are made up of. It's a case when the total is greater than the sum of its parts. Everyday and every day aren't the same thing—everyday (without the gap) isn't the same as every day (with a space). They do, however, sound the same in speech. It's no surprise that they're so easily confused. How do you utilize each term and what does it mean?

💥Everyday is a word we use to describe something that we see or use on a daily basis. It means "normal" or "common."
