In response to the increasing occurrence of earthquakes in different parts of the country, San Antonino National High School actively participated in the Second Quarter Simultaneous Earthquake Drill to strengthen disaster preparedness among learners and school personnel.

The activity provided students with the opportunity to practice proper earthquake response procedures, including the โ€œDuck, Cover, and Holdโ€ technique and safe evacuation protocols. Through regular drills such as this, learners develop the knowledge, discipline, and presence of mind needed to respond effectively during emergencies.

As earthquakes can occur without warning, preparedness remains one of the most important tools in protecting lives. SANHS continues to promote a culture of safety by equipping students with essential skills that can help them stay calm and make informed decisions during disaster situations.
