TES SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION 2026 – APPLICATION DEADLINE EXTENDED

Please be informed that the TES Scholarship Application 2026 has been extended from September 1 to September 3, 2026.

IMPORTANT: If you have already submitted your TES Application Form during the previous application period, you DO NOT NEED TO APPLY AGAIN.

All TES applications submitted on or before the previous deadline of August 13, 2026, at 12:00 PM have already been compiled and submitted for processing. Please do not submit another application, as doing so may result in duplicate entries.

• Incoming/New Students: Please make sure you have your Learner Reference Number (LRN) from your high school records, as this information is required in the application.

• Continuing Students: You DO NOT need to provide your LRN.

WHERE CAN YOU FIND YOUR LRN?
Your LRN can usually be found on your:
— Senior High School or Junior High School Report Card (Form 138)
— Permanent school records
— Other official documents issued by your school during high school

Also, please do not submit an application if you are already a beneficiary of TES, TDP, COSCHO, CHED Merit Scholarship, DOST Scholarship, CHED StuFAPs, or any other government-funded scholarship.

NOTICE TO ALL TES/TDP SCHOLARS WITH LBP ACCOUNTS

All Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Scholars are advised to check the status of their Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) account and ensure that the account is active and available for transactions.

If your LBP account is inactive, dormant, or has already been closed, please coordinate directly with the Land Bank of the Philippines branch indicated in your application to verify your account status and resolve any concerns.

This is to help prevent possible issues or delays in the crediting of your TES benefits.

Please take the time to check your account status and address any account-related concerns as soon as possible.

For concerns regarding your LBP account, please coordinate directly with LandBank. For TES/TDP-related concerns, you may visit the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS).

Please be guided accordingly.

Are you a VSU Isabel first-year student looking for financial assistance for your college education? The Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) is now accepting applications for the Admission Scholarship for SY 2026–2027.

📌 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must:

✅ Be a Filipino citizen
✅ Be a regular first-year college student officially enrolled at VSU Isabel
✅ Have obtained a Grade 12 GWA of at least 80%
✅ Have passed the university admission requirements and officially admitted to an undergraduate program
✅ Have an annual family income not exceeding ₱100,000
✅ Possess good moral character
✅ Not be a recipient of any other scholarship grant or financial assistance from government or private institutions

📂 DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

❗❗ PLEASE HAVE ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS READY BEFORE PROCEEDING TO THE GOOGLE FORM. ❗❗

Applicants must prepare clear copies of the following:

📄 Scholarship Application Form (provided by OSAS)
📄 Certificate of Indigency issued by the Barangay
📄 BIR Certificate of Tax Exemption / ITR / Certificate of Non-Filing of ITR
📄 Senior High School Report Card (Form 138 / SF9) showing at least 80% Grade 12 GWA
📄 Senior High School Certificate of Good Moral Character (must indicate that the student has already graduated)
📄 Certificate of No Scholarship (provided by OSAS)

VSU ISABEL SSC SPECIAL ELECTION EVALUATION FORM

Thank you to all students who participated in the Supreme Student Council (SSC) Special Election 2026!

We are inviting students who have already completed the voting process to share their feedback and evaluation of the election.

Your responses will help the Student Election Board (SEB) assess the conduct, organization, and overall implementation of the election, as well as identify areas for improvement in future student elections.
