Schedule of Clearance Signing:

SHS: March 23-March 31, 2026
College: April 6, 2026 onwards

Time: 8:30am-11:30am
1:00pm-4:00pm

Except Saturdays and Sundays

Important Reminders:
1. Signing of clearance would follow a per strand/block scheme. Please ask your class/block representative to collect the form and have it signed.
2. Those who were requested to comply with the Guidance Office’s requirements (i.e., Form, ID Picture) need to comply first before the clearance will be signed.
