Today officially marks the beginning of School Year 2026–2027! The grounds of La Purisima Elementary School were filled with energy, smiles, and the shared excitement of New Beginnings, Brighter Futures! 🌟

We kicked off day one with a solemn and proud Flag Raising Ceremony, setting a positive and patriotic tone for the rest of the school year. This was immediately followed by a short morning program to welcome our eager learners, dedicated teachers, and supportive parents.

We are deeply honored to have had our Division Representative, Ma’am Lourdes B. Azcarraga, grace our opening day program. Thank you, Ma'am, for your presence, inspiring words, and unwavering support for the LPES community!

With hearts overflowing with gratitude and faith, the Kinder and Grade 6 students of La Purisima Elementary School came together to hold their Baccalaureate Mass, praying with gratitude as they mark the end of one chapter and the beginning of another. 🙏

With faith and their journey as their guide, these young students are now ready to start the next chapter of their lives with courage, hope, and dreams in their hearts. 💛

LA PURISIMA, IRIGA CITY – La Purisima Elementary School (LPES) was able to end its successful National Women’s Month 2026 celebration with a Zumba activity participated in by its teachers, staff, learners, and other stakeholders in the school.

The activity, which aimed to foster a sense of health, wellness, and camaraderie, as well as celebrate women empowerment, strength, energy, and contributions, was participated in enthusiastically by the participants, who were mostly women, as they participated in a Zumba activity with everyone dancing and exercising together in a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.

The successful activity was made possible with the partnership and support of the Barangay Council, especially with Hon. Salvador A. Serrano, whose dedication and commitment further strengthened the partnership between the school and the community in supporting worthwhile school activities and programs.

As a culminating activity for the month-long celebration, the Zumba activity was able to highlight the importance of having an active and healthy lifestyle, as well as women empowerment in every sector of our society.

Through its successful National Women’s Month 2026 celebration, La Purisima Elementary School was able to further commit itself to women empowerment, gender equality, and partnership with its stakeholders in the community. 🌸💜

LA PURISIMA, Ika-2 ng Marso 2026 — Pormal na inilunsad sa Paaralang Elementarya ng La Purisima ang Kick-Off ng Buwan ng mga Kababaihan kasabay ng pagsalubong sa unang linggo ng buwan ng Marso. Dinaluhan ito ng mga g**o at mag-aaral na nakiisa sa paggunita at pagbibigay-pugay sa mahalagang papel at makabuluhang ambag ng kababaihan sa lipunan. 💜✨
