LEGION OF DEFENDERS SOARS AS OVERALL 1st RUNNER-UP IN UNEP COLLEGIATE INTRAMURALS 2025
The College of Criminology as the Legion of Defenders, emerged as the Overall 1st Runner-Up in the recently concluded UNEP College Intramurals 2025, after dominating multiple events and showcasing exceptional talent, discipline, and unity.
The Legion of Defenders delivered a powerhouse performance, securing Overall Champion in Laro ng Lahi and sweeping several championship titles across major competitions. Their athletes and performers proved their strength in both sports and cultural events, earning the admiration of the UNEP community.

Memorandum of Agreement Signing Ceremony of Batch Bagwis
Today, the Bachelor of Science in Criminology successfully held its Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing together with our partner Police Personnel, marking a significant milestone for our Intern Students as they prepare for their field training and professional journey.
The event was headed by our dedicated Dean, Dr. Mariju L. Gonowon, RCrim, and graced by our University President, Atty. Remelisa G. Alfelor- Moraleda, whose leadership and support continue to inspire our future criminologist.

Today, the University of Northeastern Philippines proudly held the Internship Graduation & Ringhop Ceremony at the UNEP CCA Theater, celebrating the achievements of the College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE) student graduates.
The event featured inspiring words from the esteemed guest speaker, FSINSP Ruel Biares Misola, whose motivational address encouraged the graduates to carry forward their hard work and dedication into their future careers.
Presiding over the ceremony was FCI Paulino Neon T. Cepe (Ret), Ph.D., Dean of CJE, along with the unwavering support of CJE Secretary Caryl F. Lapuz, and Faculty members. The University’s commitment to excellence was further highlighted by the presence of UNEP Vice President for Administration, Atty. Rujilou Felix Z. Alfelor.
Proud parents beamed with pride as their sons and daughters, the shining stars of the day, received their rings and awards, symbolizing the successful completion of their internships and academic journey.
