We proudly extend our warmest congratulations to 𝐍𝐚𝐲𝐮𝐦𝐢 𝐏. 𝐓𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐨, Grade 12 Student and President of the RNTVS Senior Plus Red Cross Youth Council, for successfully completing the Youth Instructor Training Course (YITC) 2026 held last July 7–17, 2026 at the Philippine Red Cross – Camarines Sur Chapter, Panganiban Drive, Naga City.

From a dedicated volunteer answering the call to serve, Nayumi now stands as a Youth Instructor — ready to educate, lead, and inspire through humanitarian service. This milestone reflects not only her academic excellence and leadership but also her unwavering commitment to the values of the Red Cross.

Her journey is a shining example of how passion, resilience, and service can transform lives and communities. As she takes on the greater responsibility of becoming a mentor and role model, we celebrate her accomplishments and look forward to the impact she will continue to make.
