ALS is a flexible learning program designed for out-of-school youth and adults who were unable to finish elementary or junior high school. It provides a second chance to learn, develop essential life skills, and prepare for better opportunities in the future.

Morcilla, CESO V, Schools Division Superintendent. They were accompanied by Sir Aristotle S. Decena, District Supervisor/ Division ALS Focal Person, and Lourdes G. Esguerra and Blessida R. Panotes, Education Program Specialists ALS (EPSA). Their coaches, including Elnie A. Palma, Angelica P. Aguilar, and Randie Madera, were also present, along with their makeup artist, Jherico Evia, an ALS SHS teacher.
