Farewell, sir.

12/06/2024

With a sad and heavy heart, we give thanks, and say goodbye to you, Sir Ricky. You have been paramount in helping us change for the better. You taught us the importance of discipline, courtesy, respect, love, and most of all, service to others. In just a span of a year, you have impacted our lives greatly. You may be fierce, and strict during training, but you're kind and caring, loving and protective of those you love. We last saw you during our Honor and Color Guard on the Commencement of MTC de Balatan, then and there, we saw how you were feeling your stomach, you told our Corps Commander, that it was only acid. But we didn't expect that, that was the last time we would be together. Ssg Ricky F Villanueva PA (RES) we, the MTC Iriga CAT Unit's Officers and Incoming Officers will miss you greatly. We would surely miss your "Kalma", "Late ka? Alam mo ng gagawin mo", "Dalina", and the iconic, "Yaba".

We give condolences to the family of Sir Ricky. May the Lord shine His light on you, during this dark time. Sir Ricky, we love you, we miss you, and we will pray for you. May you rest in peace.

Farewell, sir.
