📸 Late but worth the wait!

Your USC has been a little busy behind the scenes — but we’re finally dropping the photos! 🫶 Here are some of our favorite moments from our Loyalty Day celebration last 2nd Semester, S.Y. 2025–2026. 💙

Loyalty Day Check: Are you loyal enough to serve? “Loyalty grows where service begins.”
Last April 30, 2026, the Western Mindanao State University – Ipil Campus came alive not with fanfare, but with the quiet and steady rhythm of brooms sweeping, rags polishing, and students working to commemorate the essence of loyalty lived through service.

Crimsons showcased how the act of caring for the spaces we share allows loyalty to begin. In dust lifted and halls renewed, loyalty found its truest form, not in words spoken, but in deeds rendered. Their quiet labor that rang louder than any anthem proved that patriotism is not only sung in hymns but lived in the humble act of keeping the campus clean and green.

Kudos to all the students whose hands swept away dust and whose hearts lifted the spirit of service. Let’s continue to prove that loyalty grows where service begins, stay LOYAL!

Better late than never, right? 😄

📸 Finally posting the LTS dump!

It’s giving leaders in the making and we are NOT apologizing for it. 💪💙 Here are the highlights from our Leadership Training Seminar held last 2nd Semester, S.Y. 2025–2026!

Today's seminar was a reminder that before we lead others, we must first learn to lead ourselves with discipline and integrity. We learned a lot about how to communicate more clearly and how to make better decisions for the team. We are beyond grateful to our speaker, Ma'am Rowee Joy S. Dacena, DsD, for sharing such an impactful discussion on leadership. She reminded us that being a leader isn't just about taking control of every decision, but about being the one who inspires, motivates, and guides others toward a shared vision, acting as a catalyst for positive change.

We are also thankful to our very supportive and responsive USC adviser, Ma'am Virgil Joy Baloyo, LPT, for being a constant source of guidance and for always believing in our potential to lead.

We also want to extend our gratitude to the USC officers, Gad Officers, and Department Officers who have contributed greatly to making this event possible. May his experience and the lessons that we have learned make a great impact on our next journey as leaders. This seminar reminded us that leadership is not about titles or control, but about service, inspiration, and integrity. With the lessons we’ve learned, may we continue to grow, not just as leaders ourselves, but as catalysts who create more leaders for the future.

📸 Dump szn is here — Enrollment Edition!

We know, we know — it took us a while! 😅 But here they are, the behind-the-scenes and candid shots from our Enrollment period last 2nd Semester, S.Y. 2025–2026! 💙

Enrollment season? USC got you!
From January 5–9, 2026, our USC officers were on duty and ready to assist students during the Second Semester Enrollment. From guiding students, answering questions, and helping keep things organized, the USC made sure the enrollment days ran as smoothly as possible.

A big thank you to everyone who cooperated and to our USC officers for showing what student service is all about. Here’s to a fresh semester filled with new goals, new memories, and new wins!

To our fellow USC family.
Today, we don’t just celebrate a diploma. We celebrate the versions of you that showed up even when it was hard - every late-night study session, every crammed project, every “kaya pa ba?”, and every prayer whispered before exams. You carried each other, you grew together, and now you’re walking across that stage as proof that hard work + dedication = Success.
We’re thankful for your dedication in service, especially in the planning events and etc.
Students saw the program, the lights, the crowd. You carried the checklists, the suppliers, the budget revisions, the “what if” plans.
Every event was a promise you kept to USC. And you kept it, even when acads were crushing, even when energy was low.
That’s dedication. Not just doing the work but doing it well for students.
We’re grateful. For every plan you drafted, every problem you solved, every “etc.” that made the day run smooth.
To the friendships we built, the lessons learned outside the office, the dreams you refused to give up on.
To our USC family, your cap may be off, but your story is just getting started. Wear your tassel with pride. You earned every thread of it.
Congratulations, Ate/kuya. Your dedication will stay part of USC.!!🎓

EDSA People Power Revolution: The Power of the People is Always Stronger than the People in Power 🇵🇭

Forty years ago, ordinary Filipinos stood before tanks armed only with faith, flowers, and the unshakeable belief that freedom was worth standing for. The sheer moral courage of united citizens effectively neutralized machineries of war demonstrating how a shared yearning for liberty is a force more powerful than any military weapons.

Today, as we celebrate the bloodless revolution driven by united Filipinos that redefined the Philippine history, may we commemorate not just its 40th anniversary but also its spirit that reminds us of how we can restore the national soul through the strength of our unity.

May we not let the revolution stay in the pages of Philippine History books, but renew and recommit to the promise of the past to let the present and the future be a place where the people's voice is the ultimate power.

Isang makabuluhang paggunita sa diwa ng EDSA People Power Revolution. Nawa’y manatili tayong nagkakaisa para sa Pilipinas.

“Like a horse learning to run against the wind, students face struggles not to be stopped—but to grow stronger with every step. The weight they carry today builds the strength they’ll need tomorrow. 🐎✨

Happy Lunar New Year, Crimsons! 🧧🎊 May this year bring strength, resilience, and success to us all.”
