We are deeply saddened by the passing of Herbert Cadungog, a beloved teacher of Ipil National High School. He dedicated his life to shaping the minds and hearts of many, leaving a legacy of knowledge, kindness, and inspiration.

Sir Herbert’s unwavering commitment to education and his genuine care for students will forever be remembered. He was not just a teacher but a mentor and a friend to those fortunate enough to know him.

As we mourn this loss, let us also celebrate the impact Sir Herbert had on our lives and honor the beautiful memories he shared with us. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones during this difficult time. Rest in peace, Sir Herbert Cadungog. You will always remain in our hearts, sir!🕊️🕊️

• Modified ALS Enrollment
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate

• Photocopy of Birth Certificate
• SF 9 (School Last Attended)
• Accomplished Basic Education Enrollment Form (BEEF)

Note: Learners should bring parent/guardian to sign some papers.
