Please proceed to the Registrar’s Office / designated enrolment area- (medina lobby) to process your registration.

✔ No pending school obligations

Enrollment for Second Semester - (Regular students)

Enrollment for the Second Semester will officially start on Monday, November 24, 2025 -December 7,2025.
All students are advised to prepare the necessary requirements and settle any pending concerns before the enrollment date.

Further details and instructions will be provided by your respective departments.

📣 FOR TRANSFEREES!!!
We are pleased to announce that Enrollment for Transferees for the Second Semester will also begin on Monday, November 24, 2025.

Interested applicants are advised to prepare the following:
✔️ Transcript of Records (TOR) or Certified True Copy
✔️ Honorable Dismissal / Transfer Credentials
✔️ PSA Birth Certificate
✔️ Other documents required by the Admissions Office
