Question: Di po ba sa unang CO ang ni rate lang ng mga raters ay ang mga required lang na indicators for Classroom Observation 1, how can we comply the remaining indicators na dapat ay sa Classroom Observation 2 pa i-oobserve?
May options po si teacher upang magkaroon ng marka or rating ang remaining indicators.
✅Using Observation Notes - if the teacher demonstrated the skills needed in the indicators during the observation but the rater didn't officially score it on the main rating sheet, they can still give the teacher a grade based on the rater's written notes. May detailed observation notes po si rater to back up your ratings. Choice po ni ratee kung prefer niya ang option na ito.
✅The Reflection Journal - For indicators that were definitely not observed during your first CO, you can prove you've met them by submitting a Reflection Journal (Annex A). This is the teacher's chance to show that they practice these indicators in other classes or class sessions throughout the School Year (kahit sa daily class sessions). The teacher must describe how he/she demonstrated the indicators and must attach verifiable evidence such as ;
•Lesson Plans - proof that you planned for that specific skill.
•Assessment Tools - Quizzes, Rubrics or tests the teacher created.
•Instructional Materials - Slide decks, activity sheets or localized modules.
•Other evidence - photos of classroom activities, learners' work or certificates.
