📌 Maaaring magtungo sa paaaralan upang magpasa ng mga requirements at mag-fill-up ng enrollment form.

🗹 Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate or Live Birth Certificate
🗹 Accomplished Enhanced Basic Education Enrollment Form (E-BEEF)
🗹 Progress Report Card (for Grade 1, Transferee, Balik-Aral and ALS)
🗹 Must be 5 years old on August 31, 2025 (for Kindergarten)
