As part of the Taekwondo Final Evaluation for STRASUC 2025, the Speed Kicking Competition will determine one male and one female representative for Cavite State University.

This event will test speed, accuracy, endurance, and consistency in executing kicks within a limited time.

👕 What to Wear:
• Taekwondo Uniform (or any Dobok) with Belt
👜 What to Bring:
•water
•extra shirt
•gears : kick pads, arm guards, shin guards (if applicable but not required)
