People nowadays get obsessed with science-based lifting.
It makes sense and it's not a bad thing. But a lot of people end-up overcomplicating their training. They spend more time thinking about workouts than actually doing the things that produce results
Getting results is simple:
1. Track your lifts and aim to lift heavier overtime.
2. Eat accordingly.
3. Get enough sleep for recovery
That's it. Dont overcomplicate things

Time is one of the most common problem in fitness.
We have a client that works 10 hrs a day, after that, he's tired and still needs to do chores. Where does he find time?
What we did is make it happen. Workout before or after prio things, then make it quick for like 30-45 mins.
It’s not easy.
But consistency becomes possible when the plan works around your schedule.
