In line with the Council’s continuous duty to uphold excellence, accountability, and transparency, as mandated under the UFY-SC Constitution and By-Laws, the Council has adopted this Resolution following multiple deliberations inside the council and Committee of Internal Affairs’ investigation of Former College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) Representative Irvin Wayne Digo’s resignation.

Upon further review of their continuous absences and negligence of duty as a College Representative and Committee Vice-Chairperson despite an unapproved resignation, the Council has issued an acknowledgment of their resignation with a dishonourable discharge.

We extend our sincere gratitude for their dedication, commitment, and service rendered to the first-year students throughout their tenure in the council.

In line with these resignations and to ensure operational continuity of the council’s operations and responsibilities, the following members have officially assumed the respective positions and duties:
Due to the absence of eligible CCJ Members within the UFY-SC, the position of 𝗖𝗖𝗝 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘀 𝘃𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁 until the next term. Nonetheless, the following members have taken charge as the Vice Chairpersons of their respective committees:
