In response to the extreme heat index and to safeguard the well-being of learners and school personnel, public schools in SDO Imus City have implemented adjustments in their class schedules and operations. These changes are made through the initiative of the Office of the Schools Division Superintendent and top management to minimize heat-related health risks while ensuring learning continuity.
> 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱. Please check with your school for specific changes.
> 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁. Class durations and session times may be reduced.
> 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀. Learners and personnel are allowed to wear comfortable yet appropriate clothing.
> 𝗛𝘆𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲. Parents and guardians are encouraged to send their children with extra water, cooling equipment, or extra clothes to help them stay comfortable.

B. Duly accomplished PDS (CSC Form 212, revised 2017);
C. Photocopy of valid and updated PRC license, if applicable;
D. Photocopy of Certificate of Eligibility/Report of Rating, if applicable
E. Photocopy of scholastic/academic record such as but not limited to TOR and diploma, including completion of graduate and postgraduate units/degrees, if applicable;
F. Photocopy of Certificate of Training, if applicable;
G. Photocopy of Certificate of Employment, Contract of Service or duly signed Service Record, whichever is/are applicable;
H. Photocopy of latest appointment, if applicable;
I. Photocopy of performance ratings in the last rating period(s) covering one (1) year performance prior to the deadline of submission, if
